When I think back to the Tea Party memories, you never remember how much time you spend travelling by plane, train, tour bus, or in Crash Karma’s first tour case; a 15 passenger van. We’ve travelled more hours in the van than I’ve gotten to sleep so far on this run!

2 nights ago in Calgary was a turning point of sorts for the band: our first dangerous crowd surfing moment, the singing of the audience back to the band (which means they’re picking up the record!), and the musical telepathy you get when performing often with your ”gang” ~~ All is looking real good!

One thing I’d like to express my dismay over is a bit of a tabu subject for me. I DO NOT like to bad talk any bands, but if you’re going to call yourself a band; plug in your instruments, and turn off the CD your playing along to….We did have a very weird billing along with a “pop” band called: Strereos~~the kids loved them, but from side stage, you couldn’t hear ANYTHING coming from their amps, but there were a LOT of computers with track all over them…that’s called acting, NOT playing in a band….Okay, I’ll stop.

In Edmonton tonight, for the 1st of 4 in a row, should be jammed, from what I’m hearing…Details on that tomorrow!
