Windsor has a commerical vacancy problem and last night, city council found out just how big a problem it is.

Rowan Faludi of Urban-Metrics says the vacancy rate is about 16.4 percent city wide – up from 14.6 percent three years ago. 

In the city’s BIA – there’s a 24.5 percent vacancy rate.
