A tentative date has been set for the closure of the GM Transmission Plant… June 28th. CAW Local 1973 president Bill Reeves says there’s the possibility the company will extend that 13 weeks.  General Motors has been in Windsor for 90 years.  The CAW represents 600 hourly and salaried workers there.
