Councillor Steve Pickard will spend another night in police custody.He appeared for a bail hearing this afternoon but proceedings were put over until tomorrow morning.Chatham-Kent Police are accusing Pickard of uttering threats, forceable confinement and assault.Staff Sergeant Gary Conn says police won’t be releasing much else about the case at this time. No details of the circumstances that led to the charges have been released.
