The Windsor Essex Parkway is having a direct impact on tax revenue in LaSalle.

Right now DRIC has acquired 93 properties in the town for the new highway.

Director of Finance Joe Milicia says the town will loose roughly 128-thousand dollars in tax revenue a year.

The DRIC plan still includes acquiring another 46 properties in LaSalle including Windsor Crossings.
