Tecumseh is trying to set up an open house for residents wanting answers about power disruptions in the town.

Deputy Mayor Tom Burton says he has received an above average number of complaints regarding blackouts.

He says he wants to organize a meeting in August with Essex Power, Hydro One and local MPPs to find out why there are so many power outages.
