Windsor Endowment for the Arts is looking for nominations for its first ever arts grants. They are awarding eight grants of $2,000 four will go to emerging artists for professional development…four will go to community organizations for arts program and infastructure development. President Carolyne Rourke says the grants will help the community too. A jury will select the grant recipients and present them at the Arts Circus Extraordinaire on October 29.
