The Windsor Pride Parade get underway tomorrow afternoon. That starts at noon at Ouellette and Elliott.Windsor Pride President Jason Patterson says it’s a family event and the parade returns to the downtown core this year.Police Chief Gary Smith is also expected to participate in the parade.This year’s grand marshall is Jeremy Dias, founder of Canada’s youth diversity initiative.Pride Week also wraps up Sunday.
