The Retro Suites Hotel in downtown Chatham is ready to take guests once again. General Manager Nancy Labadie says staff has been cleaning up after Wednesday night’s fire — which caused up to $500,000 damage mostly to the long-term guest apartments and William Street Cafe. Labadie says the Chilled Cork restaurant is still closed, but could open tomorrow for dinner. Investigators are still on the scene.
