Craig’s Blog – After the Nap
Whenever I check my bank account and panic when I see the balance I recall this little gem of a deep thought….”What you are, not what you have is what makes you rich.” Sure it’s bullshit, but it makes me sleep. Talk to ya in the morning.
Cheers Craig
Tuesday
And all I can say is people need to chill out and have an eskimo pie. Like this crazy lady here:

Craig’s Blog – After the Nap
I was reading a blog recently on the radio business when one of the topics posted was “Your favorite WKRP Episode.” Of course with a board that is dedicated to the radio game there was an endless amount of responses. When I got my first gig in this business in 1983, WKRP was one of the favorite shows of everyone I worked with and continued to be for many years. All the people that I had met who worked in radio in the 70′s and 80′s had been at a station like KRP’ at some point in their career. One of the biggest disappointments in the release of old TV shows from the 1970′s & 1980′s was the release of WKRP in Cincinnati. They had to remove all of the original music because of copyright laws and the music obviously was so much a part of the show that it’s never been the same. I never bought the DVDs but I understand that even some of the script had to be re-dubbed by other actors because the original stars work was over music that had to be removed. So for a fan of the show that would be real annoying to watch. I haven’t seen an original episode of WKRP in many many years until I came across this link from that radio board. http://zvbxrpl.blogspot.com/2008/09/wkrp.html
There you will find the pilot and an assortment of other episodes, with all the original music in tack!! If you were a KRP’ fan…. Enjoy. Talk to ya in the morning.
Cheers Craig
Monday
So my gift from Santa came early this yr. My car isn’t a total piece of junk and I should be able to get another yr outta it. Yay!
On another note, I hate cleaning my basement. It’s currently in early renovation stages and there were a lot of boxes that somehow NEVER got thrown out. It’s nice to have the extra space now… the new tv and comfy sectional can move in any day now!
