Chatham-Kent Police say Thursday’s fatal crash on Merlin Road was the result of a medical condition.

A post mortem indicates 52-year-old Dale Goyeau, of Merlin, died because of the condition and not from injuries sustained in the collision.  Goyeau’s tractor rolled-over near Port Road, early Thursday afternoon, closing a stretch of Merlin Road for several hours.

Police say they’re still investigating the crash and would like anyone who may have witnessed it to contact them immediately.
