Leamington’s Santa Claus parade will run tonight, rain or shine.

The route runs along Georgia Ave., before turning onto Erie Street and heading for the fairgrounds.

Scott McCallum with the Leamington Parade Company says they plan to start the festivities at 6 o’clock sharp, “We’ve only had one year that it started a little late, but we’re pretty adamant about starting right on time.  We understand the family’s with small children out there.  Just make sure you dress appropriately for the weather.”  McCallum is also encouraging you to bring an unwrapped toy to donate to Toys For Tots, or some canned goods to give to the Salvation Army.

The Kingsville Santa Claus Parade is set for Sunday.
