Damage at a garage fire on Erieau Road in South Kent has been pegged at $120,000.

Blenheim, Erieau, and Raleigh South fire crews responded to the blaze in the 18000 block just before 5:00pm yesterday.

Officials say the fire started accidentally as a man was working on a pick-up truck in the garage.

The man, who is also the owner of the building, has been treated for minor injuries.
