Housing starts across much of Windsor Essex rose slightly for the fourth month in a row. The Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation says numbers are still low with only 16 new projects started last month.That’s only two more from January of last year. Single detached homes accounted for all the local residential construction activity in January.
