Some guy posted a video on YouTube of “The 100 Greatest Movie Insults of All Time”. It’s ten minutes long, and it’s filled with profanity . . . but it’s great. And in just over a week, it’s gotten three million views.
(–WARNING: This video has A LOT of profanity, including the F-word.)
There’s a decent spoof of the “Twilight” phenomenon online by a comedy site called secretsauce.tv. It basically asks the question: “Would guys be as excited by ‘Twilight’ if it featured hot lesbian vampires in their underwear?” The answer is ‘yes.’
–The acting in the “Twilight” spoof is terrible on purpose, sort of like the real movies, and one or two of the vampire chicks is a butterface. But the reactions of the guys outside the theater are hilarious
Check out this awesome video of fundamentalist Christians tearing it up to Slayer’s “Angel of Death”!!
Vintage Soundgarden. Man did they kick ass. Matt Cameron is unbelievable. Definitely in my Top 5 drummers of all time.
The legend…Ronnie James Dio passed away Sunday morning at 7:45 due to complications from stomach cancer. He was the first hero I had in rock. There will be a bunch of tributes….one good place to go to read what the metal community is saying is www.blabbermouth.net.
Look for posts from Lars Ulrich, Nikki Sixx, Slash, Judas Priest, Kiss, Ritchie Blackmore, Billy Corgan, Sebastian Bach, Queensryche, Dave Ellefson, among many others.
I’ve found a tribute video on youtube. See below for the embedded video. I’m sure there’ll be more on the way.
It’s prom season and with that I figured I’d post this link to some hilarious yearbook photos of the stars.

Looks like 2010 is going to Rock! I saw the Scorps back in 1988 at the Monsters of Rock at the Silverdome. Couldn’t find a clip from that show…so I flashed back to the Us festival in 1983. Looking forward to seeing them at Bayfest. Enjoy…and listen for your chance at winning a Rock weekend pass all this week.
